Durian is a kind of fruit that grows in hot, humid places. It has a hard shell with sharp thorns. It’s a big fruit with large seeds on the inside. Durian is usually about 30 centimeters long. It weighs between one and three kilograms.
Durian is most popular in Southeast Asia. It is known as the “King of Fruits”, and it’s flavor is loved by some people. The flesh is used in many dishes. The seeds can also be eaten when cooked.
Many hotels and public transportation systems do not let people carry durian. The reason is that durian has a strong smell. Some people say it’s stinky. The smell of durian doesn’t go away quickly. Even after the fruit is gone, the smell can remain for many hours.
