Jack-o'-Lantern - Transcript
A jack-o’-lantern is a simple lantern made from a turnip, pumpkin or other root vegetable. It is a common Halloween decoration in some countries. Many children enjoy making jack-o’-lanterns at home or at school.
Making a jack-o’-lantern is simple. Cut the top off of a pumpkin. Remove the inside parts. Cut a face into the side of the pumpkin using a knife. Light a candle and put it inside the pumpkin. Put the top of the pumpkin back on. Now you have a scary Halloween jack-o’-lantern.
